Creapure Review

What is Creapure?

When it comes to muscle building supplements, nothing is better than creapure brand creatine monohydrate. Creatine first came into the market in the early 1990's. I remember when I first used it I made some massive gains in muscle growth and strength.

The Creapure was very expensive. At the time 100 grams was around $39.99. This was 100% pure German creatine monohydrate. During this time is was not known as Creapure, it was only known as creatine monohydrate. Then after people started to realize the power of creatine, the popularity of it grew. Once the popularity of it grew, then companies looked to expand their profit margin because more and more supplement companies started to sell it, lowering and lowering the price.

Then something bad happened. The Chinese started to make creatine. When the Chinese make something with the intention of blatantly ripping it off it is not good. Clothing and other thing are not that bad, but when it is something that you are going to put into your body, you do not want to be ingesting something that is not pure and most likely could contain contaminants. Unfortunately, this does not stop supplement companies from buying Chinese creatine and using it in their supplements. What makes matters worse is that they claim it's great quality. In reality what happens with low-quality Chinese creatine monohydrate is the side effects like bloating an cramping.

Therefore after the Chinese started to export massive loads of cheap creatine into the USA, the German manufacturer of creatine monohydrate, had to differentiate themselves from the Chinese creatine monohydrate. Therefore they came up with the name Creapure. When you see Creapure on a label of creatine, you can be ALMOST sure that you are getting 100% Creapure. You still have some supplement companies that claim they are using Creapure, but instead, they are using Chinese. In that case, ask them to see a 3rd party lab analysis on the Creapure supplement that they are selling. If you are looking for a great brand of Creapure, you can buy one from Proteinfactory.com. They do extensive testing on their Creapure to make sure that you are getting 100% lab tested Creapure.

How To Use and Tips

1) take with a carb, it will make it work better

2) do NOT take with caffeine. I cant tell you how many times I see people combine caffeine with creatine. Caffeine negates the effects of creatine

3) use 1/2 tsp per day

4) you do not need to load creapure creatine monohydrate

5) Combine with r-ALA. This make creatine work better. You can find a really good quality creatine at creapure
